I have tagged all comm posts with concrit-needed and open-for-concrit. After the deadline, I will remove the "concrit-needed tag" from the posts of people who have received at least two bits of feedback. I will leave "open-for-concrit" on indefinitely. However, you can edit your own posts to remove that tag any time you like, after the event. It's just meant to make posts easier to find.
