Apology - No further round in 2021

Hello all,

I'm sorry: I said I'd target August for another round of Concrit-X, and got swamped. Due to my commitment to Yuletide, I don't think I can realistically run a round in the last third of this year.

Ideally, there would be two rounds of this per year, but I haven't quite figured out what timing works for me to allow me to do that. I am now aiming for March or April 2022, and I will make sure that whenever the next round runs, I will put up the schedule at least 3 weeks in advance of it starting.
